Frequently asked questions
Short, direct answers about what Almulx costs, what it includes and what it does not offer.
Pricing and plans
How much does Almulx cost?
Almulx hosting costs from $2.09 a month, on the Starter plan for 36 months, billed $75.24 upfront. Starter is $2.99, $2.39 or $2.09 a month for 12, 24 or 36 months; Pro Business is $5.99, $4.79 or $4.19; Cloud is $9.99, $7.99 or $6.99. All prices are in US dollars.
What is the difference between the plans?
The plans differ in how many websites and how much storage they include. Starter has 1 website and 10 GB, Pro Business has 5 websites and 25 GB, and Cloud has 20 websites and 50 GB. Pro Business for 36 months and Cloud for 24 or 36 months also include the instant Help assistant.
Can I pay monthly?
No, Almulx plans are paid upfront for 12, 24 or 36 months. The monthly prices shown are the total divided by the months of the term. Plans never renew on their own; we email you 30, 7 and 1 days before a plan ends.
What is your refund policy?
New plans have a 15-day money-back guarantee. Renewals and upgrades can be refunded within 7 days. Domain registrations cannot be refunded once the domain is registered.
Can I try Almulx before paying for a long term?
Yes, the smallest commitment is the Starter plan for 12 months, billed $35.88, with a 15-day money-back guarantee. You can build a test site in that time and ask for a full refund of the plan if it does not suit you. Domain registrations are not refundable, and the free domain offer needs a longer term.
What happens when my plan ends?
Your website stays online for 10 days after the plan ends, and is then paused. While it is paused, visitors see a notice instead of your website, and its content is kept for 30 more days. Renewing during that time brings it back at once; after that the content may be deleted, though removal is a manual step rather than an automatic one. We email you 30, 7 and 1 days before a plan ends.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Almulx accepts cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link, through Stripe. All prices are charged in US dollars. Local methods such as Pix, UPI, FPX, e-wallets and bank transfer are not available.
Domains
Do I get a free domain?
Yes, a standard domain is free for its first year with a new Starter plan for 36 months, or a new Pro Business or Cloud plan for 24 or 36 months. Names that qualify are marked free in the domain search. The domain is registered in your name and renews at the standard price after that; 12-month plans, 24-month Starter, upgrades and renewals do not include this offer.
How much does a domain cost?
A .com domain costs about $13.99 a year on Almulx, and other endings have their own prices. The current price always appears in the domain search. Domains are registered for one year and do not renew on their own; you renew from your dashboard after an email reminder.
Can I move my domain to another provider?
Yes, you can request a transfer code from your dashboard once the domain can be transferred, normally 60 days after registration. The wait comes from ICANN's Transfer Policy, which lets registrars refuse a transfer in the first 60 days after a registration or a previous transfer, so for endings such as .com it is not specific to Almulx. We unlock the domain and email you the code within one business day.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes, you can connect a domain registered elsewhere at no extra cost if you have an active plan. Add it in your dashboard and change its two nameservers at your registrar. The domain and its renewal stay with that registrar; transferring a domain to Almulx is not offered.
Websites and hosting
Is Almulx WordPress hosting?
Yes, Almulx is managed WordPress hosting with a setup wizard that builds your first draft. You pick one of six designs and answer a few questions, an AI writes the first text from your answers, and you can change anything in WordPress. You sign in to WP Admin with one click.
Is SSL or HTTPS included?
Yes, free SSL is included with every website. After you connect a domain, the certificate usually takes a few minutes to become active, and the dashboard shows this while it is being set up.
Do you offer email addresses on my domain?
No, Almulx does not offer mailboxes such as [email protected] yet. You can use an email provider for your domain and add its records in your dashboard's DNS settings. Contact forms on wizard-built websites forward messages to your existing email address.
Will you migrate my existing website?
No, Almulx does not offer a website migration service. You can build a new site with the wizard and bring your own text and photos, or upload your own static files if your website is plain HTML. There is no FTP or SFTP access.
Can I upload my own static HTML website?
Yes, you can host your own static files by uploading one zip of up to 50 MB. It can hold HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images and fonts, with index.html as the home page, up to 300 MB and 10,000 files when unpacked. Server code such as PHP, Node.js or Python does not run, and a deploy key lets a tool such as GitHub Actions publish for you.
Can customers order through WhatsApp?
Yes, the Market design can send orders to your WhatsApp number. It shows products with photos and optional prices, and each order link opens WhatsApp, or your contact page if you gave no number. It has no shopping cart, card payments or stock tracking.
Which languages can my website be in?
The wizard builds websites in 10 languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Indonesian, Malay, Hindi, Russian, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Turkish. Each website has one language. Arabic and Urdu are not available yet.
How do I get started?
Start by searching for a domain name on almulx.com, then choose a plan. After payment, pick a design in your dashboard, answer a few questions about your business and add your photos. Almulx then installs WordPress and writes your pages, and you can edit them whenever you like.
Reliability and support
Who is behind Almulx?
Almulx is a service of Marjanita LLC, 2105 Vista Oeste NW, Suite E #2028, Albuquerque, NM 87120, USA. It launched in October 2026, so it is a new service. You can reach us at [email protected].
Where are your servers?
Almulx websites run on servers in Germany, in the European Union, behind the Cloudflare network. Cloudflare provides HTTPS and attack protection in front of the server. There is no choice of server region yet.
What uptime do you promise?
Almulx does not promise a fixed uptime percentage or offer a service level agreement. Every website is checked every 10 minutes, and our team is alerted by email after 3 failed checks in a row. Customers are not emailed automatically about an outage, and maintenance or provider outages can cause downtime.
Do you back up my website?
Yes, every website is backed up each night and each backup is kept for 7 days. Backups are stored in the European Union. To restore one, contact support; the dashboard has no self-service restore or backup download, so keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
How do I get support, and in which languages?
Support is by email at [email protected] and through Help in your dashboard, and a person reads every message and replies by email. The dashboard and account emails are in English; the Help assistant, on plans that include it, replies in the language you write in. There is no phone support or live chat.
