The Counsel design
A website for your law firm.
Counsel is a calm, serif design with a blog made for reading. Answer a few questions about your practice and get a WordPress website with your own words.
Sample content. Your site is written from your own answers and shows your own photos.
What Counsel gives you.
Serious, not stiff
Serif headings on a quiet paper tone. No scales, gavels or columns.
Your facts, up front
Where you are admitted, the languages you work in and how a first consultation works, in a row under the main photo.
Articles worth reading
A blog with categories, reading time and an author box, laid out for long reading.
Notices written for you
Choose Law Firm as your kind of business and you get a Disclaimer page and short notes under every article and on the contact page, from fixed text, not from AI.
For law firms, the first draft avoids words like "best", "leading" and "expert", never promises results and invents no reviews or awards. The notices are general: check them against the rules where you practise.
A few questions, then your site.
The setup wizard asks what you do and how to reach you, plus a few questions about your practice, such as:
- Where are you admitted to practise?
- Where are your clients based?
- How does a first consultation work?
- Which languages do you work in?
Every answer is optional. The first draft of each page is written from what you give, with no made-up reviews, awards or prices. Then it is still WordPress: change anything you like.
